At Chic One Pieces, we want you to love your swimwear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swim bottoms, bikini tops, or one-piece swimsuits that have been tried on without underwear.
Please note: All sale items and customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate your return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number and the items you wish to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval: Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- Package your items: Securely pack the unworn, unwashed items with original tags in their original packaging if possible.
- Ship your return: Include the RMA number on your package and ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages. - Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For exchanges, customers must pay for shipping the new item.
Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and process your return. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchange Information
If you’re exchanging for a different size or color, we’ll ship your new item once we receive your return. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For international returns (excluding some Asian countries and remote regions), customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees. Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees from your bank.
